• We act as your advocate to help resolve any insurance issues

The annual membership fee applies for the program for hand selected patients and is made payable directly to the office. Our program is covered on most health savings plans or easy payments plans are made available to meet your needs.

Diet & Weight Counseling Now Available

We have recently partnered with Groupon to create a 30 and 60 Day Weight Loss Program. This program is designed to provide you with the support to meet weight loss goals by providing diet and exercise counseling, medication assistance for those that apply, and exercise counselation with our personal trainer in office.

We offer personal training sessions exclusivley for our MPMA patients with Andre Tate in our in office gym. Additional rates apply and insurance is not accepted. Our rates are discounted at a low rate for our patients only and Health Savings Accounts are accepted. .
